Ronnie had a great night at the infamous NME Awards on Wednesday night in London.
A new favourite of Ron’s is his 1953 FENDER ESQUIRE, he acquired this guitar about 4 years ago. Ronnie’s always picks this guitar as an alternative to his beloved ‘55 STRAT.
I saw some of the recently discovered Caravaggio art treasues, where he had used oil paint, leaving exposed raw panels of chalk drawing. These inspired me to bring this ancient approach into my recent work.
Ronnie spent several hours answering questions and playing acoustic guitar to pupils and staff of a Northampton school last week.
